Our minds have been racing
throughout all this change and uncertainty.
But one thing is certain, it's been a true gift finding solace
in our shared time online 'distanced' together.
Whether you are participating in our virtual personal trainings or
participating in our social media challenges,
what an honor it is to be invited into your living rooms,
to be greeted by your pets, and meet your families.
We haven't lost connection. This sense of togetherness,
it's what's been getting us through these past three and a half weeks and
it is what will get us through the next hurdles ahead.
