Spring Workshops are UP!

Join us this spring for our six-week workshop sessions.

Offering both weekend and weekday options. $260 per session.

Hammock purchase $125, or hammock rental $45

There are three sessions available. Choose your preferred time slot or sign up for all three.

Up Fly Healthy Back and Core for those new to Up Fly Aerial Yoga, this six-week workshop is the perfect compliment to start your aerial yoga journey.

Mondays at 9:45 am (April 17 - May 22)

Tuesdays at 12:00 pm (April 18 - May 23)

Saturdays at 1:00 pm (April 15 - May 20)

Up Fly Kids

This is a thrill of a workout for the littles. In this six-week workshop, we explore the hammock, aerial silk, a few more mixed apparatuses. We blend mindfulness and playfulness all in each session. Ages 4-7, 8 -12.

Tuesdays at 2:45 pm ages 4-7 (April 18 - May 23)

Sundays at 9:30 am ages 4-7 (April 15 - May 20)

Thursdays at 5:15 pm ages 8-12 (April 13 - May 18)

Saturdays at 10:15 am ages 8-12 (April 15 - May 20)

Up Fly Aerial Dance Choreography Workshop

This six-week workshop focuses on creating a routine on the hammock from "ground UP", culminating into a mini-performance of a full act. Performance date determined between week 1 & 2 of workshop.

Thursdays at 6:20 pm (April 13 - May 18)

Sundays at 1 pm (April 16 - May 21)

Saturdays at 9:00 am (April 1 - May 10)

Mondays at 12:00 pm ( April 17 - May 22)

Up Fly Flex and Stretch

In this six-week series, we explore strengthening and stretching on the hammock utilizing Up Fly Yoga level 1 & 2 and Up Fly Dance 1 for a deeper stretch. This is for a client who is seasoned in fitness workouts. Those new to Aerial Arts are welcome.

Up Fly Parent & Me

Parents with littles from 1 - 3 years old can team UP in our aerial hammocks for some great stretching and movements. For this six-week series, we have two hammocks set at each stand for mom and little to be close to one another. This is a great opportunity to connect with your little one through exercise and balance while you strengthen the arms and core and create space in the body and mind.

Wednesdays at 2:15 pm (April 19 - May 24)
