ANATOMY TRAINING IN AERIAL YOGA ARTS begins February 23 - February 24! This 18 hour training breaks down the hips, spine, shoulders, and internal systems of the body. We demonstrate different body types, assess movement using Up Flying Yoga™ Aerial Yoga Arts™ moves to encourage range of motion, flexibility and organ stimulation. This training applies 18 hours towards your 200RYT certification. *Advanced registration is required as additional reading material will be assigned and completed before training dates.
