CROWN CHAKRA

UpFlyingYogaLogoGreyInvertedYogi.png

The Crown Chakra, the seventh Chakra, is located at the crown of the head known for the idea of a a thousand petals unfolding into total self-realization.

We work balancing the other six chakras to eventually find alignment to get "access" to this seventh chakra. When feeling a sense of purpose, connection to the universe and all around, a sense of oneness and harmony with the planet, you have balanced the crown chakra.   Those who are struggling with balance in this chakra may feel indifferent, low ethical and moral standards, and attachment to material possessions.

Yoga postures for the Crown Chakra focus on strength, balance, and “letting go.”

Poses that stimulate your energy as well as the blood flow to your head.  Some of our best moves in Aerial Yoga Arts focus on being passive in body and focused in mind. An ideal example of this is Inverted Reclined Bound Angle from Pouch Wrap.
