Late Class Arrival Policy: We allow a 5 minute grace period. Arrival to class after 5 minutes
will result in the loss of your spot if a Waitlist client is present.

Class Cancellation Policy: We adhere to a strict 12 hour cancellation policy. Unlimited members,
please cancel in advance to allow for others to fill your spot and avoid the $10 late cancel class fee
or $20 no-show fee.
Up Flying Yoga & Aerial Dance Level 1
All Up Flying Yoga Level 1 Classes are specially formatted to incorporate a whole-body stretch as well as
3 inversions each class. For Level 1 classes with more than 6 people signed up, we provide a certified
Up Flying Yoga assistant to assure everyone's safety and comfort throughout the session.
Advanced Aerial Dance Classes
Our advanced classes level UP! We keep class sizes small to ensure everyone gets their own
apparatus the entire hour. No sharing your airtime with someone else - we have 8 spots available
in our level 2 classes and all silks classes.
